Don't start polishing the feed ramp until you are sure that the magazines, extractor, breechface and all of the springs are within spec. Polishing a feed ramp rarely actually "fixes" a gun that has a feed problem and has caused more problems than you would believe. The feed ramp's length and angle is extremely critical. Change it a little bit and the frame is junk.
