Pulling up the Form 1 from the ATF website it asks for the barrel length and the overall length. Per ATI's website the barrel is listed @ 4.53" Depending on the folding stock you're probably looking at about 8"-9" onto the overall length of the AT-94k.
As for what "SHOULD" be put on the form to insure smooth approval, IDK, but when you're done tell me, cause I'm looking SBR my 94k too.
