I am trying to understand why I like it so much.
I think it is the shootable version of the Colt SAA.

The Cattleman revolvers I see at gunshows are ~~$300
The Colt SAA I see at gunshows are ~~$2,000

It is hard to enjoy shooting a gun while concentrating on not scratching it.

But my cattleman is killer fun to shoot.
