They currently appear to be having delivery problems here's what I received via e-mail.

Our KSC shipments are sent via TNT overseas couriers and due to a change in TNT's European distribution path, the shipments have gone via the Netherlands where replica guns are illegal and so our shipments are currently being held in customs.
