I load 69gn NCC bullets in my 223,and use 8208 with great accuracy.If I where you I would load from 22.5gn to 24gn in .3 work ups.This is what I did and found that 23.5gn was my goto load.I even use a load of 23.3 for a 70gn Berger VLD.

8208 is my powder of choice for a 223 with 65-70gn bullets
