I had a simaliar problem once with my winchester first 4 or 5 shots were all over the place then would gruop nicely. A fellow shooter at the club gave me the advice of running a dry patch down my barrel for the first firing. Apperntly I had exsesive oil in the barrel that took some shooting to clear it out. I also noticed that one of your pictures said "dirty barrel" I was also taught to clean my barrel after every 5 shots and my groups sizes when from 1.5+ to 1" at 100 yards Hope this helps
