I would use H or IMR 4895, with Sierra Match King or Nosler Ballistic Tips and work up to match the muzzle velocity. I'd use Federal primers and Norma or Federal brass.

Caution: IMR and Hodgdon 4895 don't always substitute grain-for-grain! Don't change over in mid-test.
