Well, mikejonestkd has informed me via PM that Lyle Rapacki's credentials are certainly to be questioned.
Evidently he has either invented non-existent schools he supposedly attended to get various masters or doctoral degrees, or claimed to have served the various States in ways that he actually hasn't.
The AZ State Supreme Court even gave him an injunction to stop claiming he as a faculty member of the Supreme Court.
