Sierra makes a 63 grain semipointed and Speer a 70 grain roundnose to provide heavier bullets in varmint barrels. Something like a 69 grain boattail would not be stabilized, would yaw and tumble in flight and show a "keyhole" should it hit the target.

I figure a Ballistic Tip will work with the same load as any other 55 or 60 grain bullet. Look 'em up.
