For some reason I doubt this. Shotguns will run a long time without needing much cleaning, but at some point you do need to remove the crud. Furthermore, "ALL" is a big word. I'm certain there's some conditions where the gun will choke, even if it's the simple "right when you need it the most" application of Murphy.
