All of mine have the Ameriglo pro operator. They have a squared leading edge for one handed racking of slide on gun belt if necessary, the rear brightness is subdued to emphasize the front, and the rear is cut wider for fast sight acquisition. Trijicon is top notch too depending on what style you prefer.
