I go to the SWAT magazine site to subscribe online and I see a 9 issue a year option for $26.95 and a 12 issue a year option for $34.95

Is this an error? Why would there be a 9 issue a year option when SWAT mag has now gone to 12 issues a year? What 9 months of the year would they be?

I just want to check, so I know what option I should choose and what price is correct.
I do want 12 issues a year, so that would be $34.95 then?
