After shooting, modifying, and building semi-customs using CZ's, I have come to the conclusion that for the money, they are an excellent base from which to build.
They have some idiosyncrises and quirks, but that's what gives them personality and charisma. You can still find NIB 75's for under $500.00.
I would be difficult to argue with how they feel in the hand and how well they shoot. The CZ in the picture has been 100% since day one and it will feed anything.
