I've owned a full sized Colt in the past, and have a Colt Commander now. I don't see a lot of difference. I shoot the Commander as poorly as I did the full sized one. One is as reliable as the other. With the right holster/belt combo you can hide one as easily as the other.

Get the one you like the best.
