The guy could very well have just made an honest mistake.
It could have been fixed easy enough but he chose to respond in an unprofessional manner, which is my complaint about him.
Don't know if I would pursue any legal measures.
He's in Fla where these knives are legal, you ordered it from Illinois where they are not.
You are going to have to admit that you took delivery of an illegal weapon, which you ordered.
I recognize the need to get even as well as anybody, but maintain a sense of honor while doing it or you will get burned also
