The NBC "copperized" bullets are copper washed, not copper plated. They use a really soft lead, and will foul your barrel in a hurry. I'd go with West Coast or Berry's for plated bullets.
Montana Gold makes some nice jackted bullets at a reasonable price. You can buy them in lots of 2000 directly from Montana Gold or from Powder Valley in smaller lots.
