Two powders I like for the 223 are H335 & Ramshot TAC. I use standard 55gr bullets or 62/3 gr for the longer shots.
Hopefully, if you are fortunate, you will be able to find bullets and powders.
Right now, all 223 components are scare & if you find any, expect to pay premium prices.
