Has anyone ever been shooting and had the wedge come out? I mean...fly out?
I did the first time the other day. Even though it's fitted correctly, I will from now on give it a bit of a tap instead of just moderate thumb pressure.
I realized something was wrong when the barrel was half off.
Did find the wedge though.
Considering it's the first time it's happened to me, I guess I'm fortunate.
I do recall a photograph on the back page of one of the Lyman books with a feller holding the frame and cylinder with a surprised look on his face.
