Yes, please don't think I am dogging you for being incorrect as you are by your own admission a newbie. But the notion that ARs are over engineered and underwhelming in regards of reliability and durability is History Channel BS and half truths grandfathered in from Vietnam.
Also, I like your Saiga, they are really a top of the line AK despite not looking as RFC as one with a pistol grip.
