Wow. Those look to be in fine shape as is. Probably nothing more than a basic cleaning, light wipedown with a good gun oil and a home someplace dry is all that's needed. Depending on your confidence level in doing so, maybe taking off the stocks and checking for hidden corrosion then oiling would be in order.

Others will probably chime in with good recommendations on various preservatives, oils and chemicals that'd be useful to you . . .

By all means marry that girl . . . quick!
