The mags used in the M9 will work in a Taurus if, you carefully open up the mag catch slot on the magazine. I had a couple of the M9 mags I got in service and gave them to my dad who has a Taurus. I don't remember what size file we used but it only takes a few strokes and they will work.
Don't know about the Taurus mags in a Beretta, though.
