the problem is that the uzi was originally designed as a PDW, fully auto, no butt stock, short barrel. in order to import them they had to be converted to semi auto and in that configuration they are just too bulky and heavy to be of any practical use so companies started putting longer barrels on them and butt stocks and marketing them as carbines.

that I know of, there are no top or side mount scope mounts for the Uzi because nobody ever intended it to be used as a precision rifle.
