Navy Arms sells triple blanks in pistol calibers,what is a
triple load blank?I used to buy 30/06 blanks cheap,but can't
find them anymore,I used to make my own blanks with a load of IMR 4350 for a 150 gr. bullet, but replaced bullet with
a piece of rolled papper, and crimped it as much without
ruining case,pretty loud bang, but left alot of powder in barrel and that paper had ALOT of fps,don't use pistol powders, just some of MY experience with blanks,DON'T copy
my recipe, usually I shot just one to scare neighbors dog
away,then pushed alot of powder out when I cleaned the rifle.I wish I knew a source for rifle blanks.
