I really like my SP2022, but do not consider it a range gun. Capable yes but I think a true range gun has a 4.5-4.75 inch barrel.
If I get one I am more into 357 Sig (same caliber, different case) as I think you can squeeze a bit more accuracy out of that round (just a personal opinion and as I reload its not as big a cost issue as someone who buys their rounds).
That said, the Golden Saber is a tack driver (in factory) in my gun for some reason. Good load with other rounds but the Saber beat any of my handloads, grrrrrrr.
