Cheaper than dirt has a .22 speedloader with 8 15 round tubes. Also has one that looks like 10 rounds. If I can find tubes, I want to make my own for my 18 round Marlin 60. I'd like to sell them if I can make a good product.

Does BATFE require a license to sell accessories of this nature?
