How freely does the bolt release/paddle move if you remove the bolt? I've purchased more than one parts kits in the past where the bolt catch was slightly warped/bent and needed to be replaced. I probably have one downstairs somewhere that I could take a picture of as it isn't real noticeable to the naked eye.
