Great caliber and its not finicky. I love the Sierra 190gr. bullets with Blue Dot or aa#7. Get yourself a Sierra manual, they list a dozen or so powders that work with about half of them able to achieve aprox 1000 fps (or better). My weapon is a Witness full size; with a mag full of 10s it has the versitility to handle a wide variety of jobs.
