PBP, and that's why I am puzzled by the folks poo-pooing the 1911 ambidextrous safety. What's tough is pulling the gun from the 4 o'clock holster with the left hand - even an open rig without straps or retention. It'd be a shame to be armed (one armed?
) and not be able to get to it.
