I'm not that familiar with the platform, but you should be able to bring your Mini-30. Unless it has an after market stock (with pistol grip, etc.) or a flash-hider you are probably fine. I know I see Mini-30s for sale out here, but couldn't tell you if they are somehow different than those in other states.

Best to go ask on calguns.net, as you'll get people with much more knowledge than me.
