It may not matter. If the good governor vetoes, then there will be no carry law as permissively allowed by the Court of Appeals, and the Court will then issue an injuction barring Illinois from enforcing its ban on concealed carry. Do you think that will happen? I hope these guys are smart enough to know that a law they don't like is beter than no law at all.
