The GLOCK 23 was my first handgun, so I'll always be partial to it. It is reliable and decently compact. A lot of people don't like the feel though, so that is something to take into consideration if you haven't shot with it yet. I've got nothing against any of the other handguns you listed either though, except the Ruger. I've just had bad experiences with them.
