In a scene from the hit cop drama; Nash Bridges, Nash(Don Johnson) is asked what caliber he carrys. He says; ".38 Colt"(which was a .38 Super).
Some gun & TV forums incorrectly state that Bridges used a .40S&W or .45acp 1911a1 model but the CBS website stated in the late 1990s that the custom pistol was produced by a gunsmith in Seal Beach CA.
