Three powders would be Bullseye, Power Pistol (or AA#7), and 4895. Getting it down to one or two would be tough. Maybe Universal and 4895.

Only one powder?

That would be Red Dot. It will do everything (except cycle the action of an automatic rifle, but at least it won't even try -- so I can pretend it's a straight-pull bolt action)
