I think you try other ammo and have a few friends shoot it to see if the results are always the same. It is not totally out of the question for a mass produced gun to sometimes have the barrel bored out slightly skewed. so best to rule any gun possibilities.
Most of the adjustable stocks I have seen for your application only offer the ability to adjust LOP. IF cast adjustment is the culprit, then simply adjusting LOP won't really help.
Whatever is awry can be fixed - it just comes down to a cost/benefit ratio
