After receiving some information from Federal and Winchester ammuntion I have updated the original post:

If you have a .45 Colt 225 grain slugs moving at:

JSP @ 860 FPS
Semi-Wadcutter Hollow-point @ 830 FPS
Supreme Elite™ Bonded PDX1 @ 850+ FPS

At close range ( less than 25 yards ), what would each type of these bullets be effective on? Human size targets, at best? Small animals and varmints? Other?
