heya all. I got some sweet Romanian 8mm surplus ammo from AIM surplus. it comes in a sealed "spam" can. see pics here:

anyone have any experience in opening these safely? you can see in the pictures there, even they farked up some of the boxes inside when they opened it. anyone have any better luck?
