My brother has the biggest ears I've ever seen and he wears my Radians with no trouble. You might, unless there a reason you can't, try the kind that look like Behind The Ear hearing aids (similar to Walkers Game Ear). I have a set of those also by Radians and they work well but I personally find them less comfortable in warm weather.
