Sierra makes a 300gr bullet for the 44. If no one else beats me to it, I'll dig it out in a little while and post up the load ranges. Also, I use a lot of 2400 in my 357 and am about to use it to load some in my 44, and there are few loads which recommend a magnum primer with that powder.
