I have not shot the Ruger, but am very familiar with the Keltec it was copied from.
Because one can't accurately shoot a gun does not mean the gun is inaccurate. The trigger pulls on these guns are better than most modern D/A revolvers. if you had trouble with the Ruger, the first shot (D/A) from the Beretta will be just as bad.
Small guns like this have to be learned.
