1. Click "Thread Tools"... upper right in thread.
2. Go to "User CP" - Subscribed Threads - List Subscriptions - scroll to bottom lower right - Selected Threads: Update Subscription Type: Instant E-mail Notification.
3. Got to Edit Options - scroll down to "Messaging & Notification"
Default Thread Subscription Mode
"When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread."
Default Thread Subscription Mode: Click on: Instant E-mail Notification.
That about covers all the possibilities. Item 3 should get you instant notification on anything you post in until you unsubscribe.
