I load 5.0-5.1 with jacketed 124 grain bullets and 5.4 grains of Unique with Speers 124 Gold Dot HP bullet. Unique does fill the case well and 5.0 grains should be about to the base of the bullet. Slight compression won't hurt and may actually be best.
