Actually we didnt know what to do with him. He's way to big to fit in our fry pots without cutting down a 55g barrel. We dont have any oven cookers that big either so we cut him up and canned him. Just got done. 23 pints. We thought about getting a pig roaster but didnt. I'll try to put on pics in a couple hours. We did a little hen too. She was only 23lbs though so no problems. We did a tom a couple weeks ago but he was only 27lbs. Might have to thaw him out and can him to.
