i have owned an xd9 and currently own/carry a kahr p9 covert. the kahr is so slim, lightweight and easy to conceal. the xd on the other hand is very blocky. both are extremely accurate and reliable. both triggers are great, although significantly different. i bought the xd9, then went the slightly smaller glock 26 and ultimately to the kahr covert. it just conceals so much easier and comfortably than the other two. are the other two not as "good" as the kahr? no, they are all absolutely great guns but for my intended purpose(comfortable and discrete concealed carry) the kahr is hands down my choice.
