Destructive devices are either explosives or weapons with a bore .50 or smaller. The M2 falls outside that category and is either a non-NFA rifle (if semi) and not specially regulated or a NFA machine gun and heavily regulated.

By Stryker-12s, I presume you are talking about the American made Streetsweeper copy? ATF declared those to be destructive devices (along with the USAS-12) in the '90s.
