Hodgdon's load data site where you'll find all the 147 grain loads they list are subsonic. If you don't mind being on the slow end of the velocity spectrum, Hodgdon Universal will burn cleanly and foul the suppressor least, I expect. It will work with either bullet type you are interested in.
