There are several really good powders for the 22-250. If I had to choose a favorite hands down it would be H380. I could live long with a 55 gallon drum of it. It works in many calibers I shoot, and accuracy is superb in most.
WW brass, CCI 250, Speer 52 grain original HP, 38.0 grains. MAX!
FC brass, CCI 250, Sierra 55 grain BTSP or Nosler BT, 37.0 grains MAX
Either of these loads will put 5 shots in a dime any day of the week over sandbags, and if the wind isn't blowing, all in 1 ragged hole at 100 yards.

Get a Hodgdon #25 or #26 manual. The newer data booklets have a charge of 41.0 grains max. WAY TOO HOT!!!
