Finally got Approved 9 weeks after first Delayed.
I have heard from lots of people it is better to have Oregon do the background checks then having the Feds do it. I don't know if one is better then the other I just know Oregon put a delay on me for no reason. A dropped traffic violation from 1979 ??
Dropped cases should not even come up.
