If you're limited to a Sig P2022 or a Ruger P95, I would suggest the sig. Ruger is one of my favorite companies, BUT their P95 isn't their best work. I've shot a few P95s and they never match up in accuracy to any comparable Sigs that I've shot, whether it's a 226, 2022, etc.

Have you looked into the Stoeger Cougar? It's basically the Beretta Cougar, just about half the price, DA/SA and the grip is great. I have one in .40 and it is probably the most reliable semi auto handgun I own. I've put about 1000 rounds of assorted ammo through it and haven't had any issues. 0 FTF, FTE, FTFire, etc. Oh...and it's accurate.
