Triple K makes them although AFAIK their production is intermittent. Some GB sellers list them. Be cognizant that there are two types, depending on the type of grip frame on the pistol.

Also, I believe that the pistol in the picture is a Star Model B Super. The Super has a pivoting takedown lever that is not normally removed, rather than a 1911/S&W-style push-out combination slide stop and takedown pin. Super-series Stars use integral barrel cam lockup rather than 1911-style swinging-link lockup, so the barrel can come out with the takedown lever in place.

FWIW the "Super" designation has nothing to do with the .38 Super cartridge; AFAIK Star never made a gun in .38 Super, although Star Model A's will fire .38 ACP, which has reportedly caused a few blown-up guns when a shooter misunderstood what "Super" meant!
