Extracted round is OK suggests to me there's no excessive expansion of the cartridge and that chamber pressure is OK.
Clean the extractor and beneath the extractor.
If that doesn't work, you might have to change the extractor spring (insufficient pressure to cause extractor to hold onto the case while it is being withdrawn).
